Igor Wladimirowitsch Utkin (* 15. Februar 1942 in Moskau; † 25. Februar 2009 in Moskau) war russischer Fotograf. Er wurde 67 Jahre alt. Zu seinen Auszeichnungen zählen Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 1st class und Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class without swords. Er wurde auf dem Wagankowoer Friedhof beigesetzt.
