Biography of Joseph Wood Krutch

Joseph Wood Krutch (* 25. November 1893 in Knoxville; † 22. May 1970 in Tucson) was an uS-amerikanischer Kritiker, Naturwissenschaftler und Schriftsteller. He was 76 years old. His education included University of Tennessee and Columbia University. He worked at Columbia University and New York University Tandon School of Engineering. He received 4 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, John Burroughs Medal. His cause of death was cancer.
