Biography of Karl Friedrich von Auwers

Karl Friedrich von Auwers (* 16. September 1863 in Gotha; † 3. May 1939 in Marburg) was a deutscher Chemiker. He was 75 years old. His education included Heidelberg University and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He worked at University of Marburg, University of Greifswald, University of Göttingen and Heidelberg University. He was awarded the honorary doctor of the Dresden University of Technology.
