Biography of Vincent McRae

Vincent McRae (* 2. September 1918 in Columbia; † 20. November 1998 in Silver Spring) was a mathematician. He was 80 years old. His education included The Catholic University of America and Normal School for Colored Girls. He worked at Operations Research Office.
