Biography
Abd al-Qadir ibn Saleh (* November 24, 1941 in Fellaoucene; † September 22, 2021 in Aïn Naadja Military Hospital) was an algerian politician. He was 79 years old. He studied at Damascus University. His faith was Islam. His awards include Algerian National Order of Merit, Grand Master rank and National Liberation Army Medal (Algeria). He was buried at El Alia Cemetery.
