Biography
Abdul Halim of Kedah (* November 28, 1927 in Alor Setar; † September 11, 2017 in Alor Setar) was a 5th Yang di-Pertuan Agong and Sultan of Kedah. He was 89 years old. He was married to Tuanku Bahiyah and Sultanah Haminah Hamidun. He studied at Wadham College. His faith was Sunni Islam. His awards include Order of the Chrysanthemum, Order of the Crown of the Realm and Order of the Crown of Brunei. He was buried at Kedah Royal Mausoleum.
