Abulfaz Elchibey (* June 24, 1938 in Kalaki; †August 22, 2000 in Ankara) was a president of Azerbaijan from 1992 to 1993. He was 62 years old. He had 2 children. He studied at Baku State University. His faith was Islam. His cause of death was cancer. He was buried at Alley of Honor.
