Biography
Alexander Haig (* December 2, 1924 in Philadelphia; † February 20, 2010 in Baltimore) was a former U.S. Secretary of State and U.S. Army general. He was 85 years old. He had 3 children. His education included United States Military Academy, Walsh School of Foreign Service, Columbia University, University of Notre Dame, United States Army War College, Columbia Business School, Naval War College, Lower Merion High School and St. Joseph's Preparatory School. His faith was Catholicism. He received a total of 18 awards. His cause of death was infectious disease. He was buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
