Alfreda Markowska (* May 10, 1926 in Galicia; † January 30, 2021 in Gorzów Wielkopolski) was a polish-Roma saviour of Holocaust and Porajmos victims. She was 94 years old. She was awarded the Commander with Star of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
