Alfredo Bryce Echenique (* February 19, 1939 in Lima; † March 10, 2026 in Lima) was a peruvian writer. He was 87 years old. His education included National University of San Marcos and Paris 8 University. He received 5 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Premio Planeta de Novela.
