Biography
Althea Gibson (* August 25, 1927 in Silver; † September 28, 2003 in East Orange) was an american tennis player. She was 76 years old. Her education included Florida A&M University and Williston School. She received 9 awards, including National Women's Hall of Fame, Florida Women's Hall of Fame. Her cause of death was respiratory failure. She was buried at Rosedale Cemetery.
