Alvin Toffler (* October 4, 1928 in New York City; † June 27, 2016 in Los Angeles) was an american writer, futurist and businessman. He was 87 years old. He was married to Heidi Toffler. He studied at New York University. His awards include Officer of Arts and Letters and doctor honoris causa of Keiō University. He was buried at Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery.
