Aretha Franklin (* March 25, 1942 in Memphis; † August 16, 2018 in Detroit) was an american singer, songwriter, and pianist. She was 76 years old. She was married to Glynn Turman and Ted White. She had 4 children. She studied at Northern High School. Her faith was Anglicanism. She received 8 awards, including National Medal of Arts, Presidential Medal of Freedom. Her cause of death was pancreatic cancer. She was buried at Woodlawn Cemetery.
