Biography
Arvo Valton (* December 14, 1935 in Märjamaa; † July 26, 2024 in Märjamaa) was an estonian writer. He was 88 years old. He studied at Tallinn University of Technology. His awards include Order of the National Coat of Arms, 3rd Class, Order of the White Star, 3rd Class and Jaan Kross literary award. He was buried at Märjamaa cemetery.
