Biography
Azlan Shah I of Perak (* April 19, 1928 in Batu Gajah; † May 28, 2014 in Kuala Lumpur) was a sultan of Perak. He was 86 years old. He was married to Tuanku Bainun. He had at least 1 child (1 son). His education included University of Nottingham, Malay College Kuala Kangsar and SMK Sultan Yussuf. His faith was Islam. He received 7 awards, including Order of the Crown of the Realm, Grand Cross Special Class of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany. He was buried at Al-Ghufran Royal Mausoleum.
