Biography
B. J. Habibie (* June 25, 1936 in Parepare; † September 11, 2019 in Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital) was a 3rd President of Indonesia (1998—1999) and 7th Vice President of Indonesia. He was 83 years old. He was married to Hasri Ainun Habibie. His education included Bandung Institute of Technology and RWTH Aachen University. His faith was Islam. He received 6 awards, including Bintang Swa Bhuwana Paksa Utama, Star of Jalasena. His cause of death was heart failure. He was buried at Kalibata Heroes Cemetery.
