Balamani Amma (* July 19, 1909 in Punnayurkulam; † September 29, 2004 in Kochi) was an indian writer and poet. She was 95 years old. She received 4 awards, including Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award, Sahitya Akademi Award in Malayalam. Her cause of death was Alzheimer's disease.
