Besse Cooper (* August 26, 1896 in Sullivan County; † December 4, 2012 in Walton County) was an american supercentenarian. She was 116 years old. She studied at East Tennessee State University. Her cause of death was respiratory failure. She was buried at New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery.
