Beverly Cleary (* April 12, 1916 in McMinnville; † March 25, 2021 in Carmel-by-the-Sea) was an american writer of children's books. She was 104 years old. She had 2 children. Her education included University of Washington, University of California, Berkeley and Grant High School. She received 7 awards, including National Medal of Arts, Newbery Medal.
