Biography
Birgitta Trotzig (* September 11, 1929 in Gothenburg; † May 14, 2011 in Lund) was a swedish writer, member of the Swedish Academy. She was 81 years old. She was married to Ulf Trotzig. Her faith was Catholic Church. She received 10 awards, including Selma Lagerlöf Prize, Dobloug Prize. She was buried at Northern cemetery in Lund.
