Blaga Dimitrova (* January 2, 1922 in Byala Slatina; † May 2, 2003 in Sofia) was a bulgarian writer, politician. She was 81 years old. She was married to Yordan Vasilev. She studied at Sofia University. Her awards include Hristo Danov Award, Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic and Commander of the Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland. Her cause of death was cerebrovascular disease. She was buried at Central Sofia Cemetery.
