Biography
Daniel J. Boorstin (* October 1, 1914 in Atlanta; † February 28, 2004 in Washington, D.C.) was an american historian. He was 89 years old. His education included Harvard College, Balliol College, Yale Law School, Central High School and Harvard University. He received 9 awards, including National Humanities Medal, Watson, Helen, Miles, and Audrey Davis Prize. His cause of death was pneumonia.
