Biography
David Albahar (* March 15, 1948 in Peja; † July 30, 2023 in Belgrade) was a serbian writer. He was 75 years old. His education included University of Belgrade Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade Faculty of Philosophy, Zemun Gymnasium and University of Belgrade. He received 4 awards, including NIN Prize, Andrić prize. He was buried at Sephardic Jewish cemetery Belgrade.
