David Thompson (* December 25, 1961 in London; † October 23, 2010 in Saint Philip) was a sixth Prime Minister of Barbados. He was 48 years old. He was married to Mara Thompson. He had 3 children. His education included Combermere School, University of the West Indies, Hugh Wooding Law School and University of the West Indies - Cave Hill Campus. His cause of death was pancreatic cancer. He was buried at Saint John.
