She was married to Pete Candoli and Ernie Kovacs. She had 2 children. Her education included Juilliard School, Columbia University, Columbia University School of the Arts, Traphagen School of Fashion and Tenafly High School. Her awards include Theatre World Award and Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical. Her cause of death was pneumonia. She was buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
