Ellsworth Kelly (* May 31, 1923 in Newburgh; † December 27, 2015 in Spencertown) was an american painter, sculptor, and printmaker. He was 92 years old. His education included Beaux-Arts de Paris and Pratt Institute. He received 4 awards, including Praemium Imperiale, National Medal of Arts. His cause of death was respiratory failure.
