Biography
Ernst Jandl (* August 1, 1925 in Vienna; † June 9, 2000 in Vienna) was an austrian poet, dramatic and writer. He was 74 years old. He studied at University of Vienna. He received 10 awards, including Anton Wildgans Prize, Grand Austrian State Prize for Literature. He was buried at Vienna Central Cemetery.
