Frank Carlucci (* October 18, 1930 in Scranton; † June 3, 2018 in McLean) was an american politician. He was 87 years old. His education included Princeton University, Harvard Business School, Harvard University, Wyoming Seminary and Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. His awards include Grand Cross of the Order of Prince Henry and Presidential Citizens Medal. His cause of death was Parkinson's disease. He was buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
