Biography
F. W. de Klerk (* March 18, 1936 in Johannesburg; † November 11, 2021 in Cape Town) was a 7th state president of South Africa from 1989 to 1994. He was 85 years old. He was married to Marike de Klerk and Elita Georgiades. He had 3 children. His education included Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education, North-West University and Goodenough College. His faith was Reformed Church. He received 10 awards, including Nobel Peace Prize, Félix Houphouët-Boigny Peace Prize. His cause of death was mesothelioma.
