Gerard Reve (* December 14, 1923 in Amsterdam; † April 8, 2006 in Zulte) was a dutch writer. He was 82 years old. He was married to Hanny Michaelis. He studied at Vossius Gymnasium. His faith was Catholic Church. He received 6 awards, including Multatuli Award, Dutch Literature Prize. His cause of death was Alzheimer's disease.
