James Gunn (* July 12, 1923 in Kansas City; † December 23, 2020 in Lawrence) was an american science fiction author. He was 97 years old. He studied at University of Kansas. His awards include Hugo Award for Best Related Work, Damon Knight Memorial Grand Master Award and Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame.
