Jan Hooks (* April 23, 1957 in Decatur; † October 9, 2014 in Woodstock) was an american actress, comedian. She was 57 years old. Her education included University of West Florida, Cypress Lake High School and Towers High School. Her cause of death was cancer. She was buried at Cedartown.
