Jason Collins (* December 2, 1978 in Los Angeles; † May 12, 2026 in Los Angeles) was an american basketball player. He was 47 years old. His education included Stanford University, Harvard-Westlake School and Sierra Canyon School. He was awarded the VH1 Trailblazer Honors. His cause of death was glioblastoma.
