Jerry Butler (* December 8, 1939 in Sunflower; † February 20, 2025 in Chicago) was an american soul singer and songwriter. He was 85 years old. His education included Cooley Vocational High School, Wells Community Academy High School and Governors State University. His cause of death was Parkinson's disease.
