John Harsanyi (* May 29, 1920 in Budapest; † August 9, 2000 in Berkeley) was a hungarian economist. He was 80 years old. His education included Stanford University, Eötvös Loránd University, University of Sydney and Fasori Gimnázium. His faith was atheism. He received 6 awards, including Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel, John von Neumann Award. His cause of death was myocardial infarction.
