Biography
John Seigenthaler (* July 27, 1927 in Nashville; † July 11, 2014 in Nashville) was an american journalist, writer, and political figure. He was 86 years old. His education included Harvard University, Columbia University, Vanderbilt University, Peabody College and Father Ryan High School. His awards include Elijah Parish Lovejoy Award, Hugh M. Hefner First Amendment Award and The Hillman Prize for Newspaper Journalism. His cause of death was colorectal cancer. He was buried at Calvary Cemetery.
