Julius Axelrod (* May 30, 1912 in New York City; † December 29, 2004 in Bethesda) was an american biochemist. He was 92 years old. His education included City College of New York, New York University, George Washington University Medical School and Seward Park High School. His faith was atheism. He received 7 awards, including Canada Gairdner International Award, Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. He was buried at Judean Memorial Gardens.
