Biography
Károly Makk (* December 22, 1925 in Berettyóújfalu; † August 30, 2017 in Budapest) was a film director. He was 91 years old. He was married to Marianne Krencsey and Virág Dőry. He studied at University of Theatre and Film Arts. He received 9 awards, including Kossuth Prize, Béla Balázs Award. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Fiume Road Graveyard.
