Biography
Kofi Annan (* April 8, 1938 in Kumasi; † August 18, 2018 in Bern) was a 7th Secretary-General of the United Nations. He was 80 years old. He was married to Nane Annan and Titi Alakija. He had 3 children. His education included Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, MIT Sloan School of Management, Graduate Institute of International Studies, Mfantsipim School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Geneva, Macalester College and Sloan Fellows Program. His faith was Protestantism. He received 7 awards, including Nobel Peace Prize, Kora Awards. His cause of death was disease.
