Leon Russell (* April 2, 1942 in Lawton; † November 13, 2016 in Nashville) was an american singer-songwriter, guitarist, pianist and session musician. He was 74 years old. He had 6 children. He studied at Will Rogers High School. His awards include Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame. His cause of death was heart failure. He was buried at Oklahoma.
