Biography
Lloyd Alexander (* January 30, 1924 in Philadelphia; † May 17, 2007 in Drexel Hill) was an american children's writer. He was 83 years old. His education included University of Paris and Upper Darby High School. He received 4 awards, including Zilveren Griffel, Newbery Medal. His cause of death was cancer. He was buried at Arlington Cemetery.
