Luis Aponte Martínez (* August 4, 1922 in Lajas; † April 10, 2012 in San Juan) was a puerto Rican Catholic cardinal. He was 89 years old. His faith was Catholic Church. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic. He was buried at Cathedral of San Juan Bautista.
