Biography
Maeve Binchy (* May 28, 1940 in Dalkey; † July 30, 2012 in Dublin) was an irish novelist. She was 72 years old. She was married to Gordon Snell. She studied at University College Dublin. Her awards include Irish PEN Award, The British Book Awards and Irish Book Awards. Her cause of death was myocardial infarction. She was buried at Mount Jerome Cemetery.
