Mariangela Melato (* September 19, 1941 in Milan; † January 11, 2013 in Rome) was an italian theatre, film and television actress. She was 71 years old. She studied at Brera Academy. She received 10 awards, including Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, David di Donatello for Best Actress. Her cause of death was pancreatic cancer.
