Biography
Mary Jackson (* 1737 in Hampton; † March 1, 1808 in Hampton) was an american mathematician and aerospace engineer. She was 71 years old. She was married to John Lister. She had at least 3 children (1 son and 2 daughters). Her education included Hampton University, Phoenix High School and Phenix High School. She was awarded the Congressional Gold Medal. She was buried at Bethel AME Church Cemetery.
