Biography
Maurice Allais (* May 31, 1911 in 14th arrondissement of Paris; † October 9, 2010 in Saint-Cloud) was a french economist. He was 99 years old. He was married to Jacqueline Allais. His education included Lycée Henri-IV, École polytechnique, Lycée Lakanal, Mines ParisTech, Science Faculty of Paris, University of Toronto Mississauga and University of Paris. He received 8 awards, including Officer of the French Order of Academic Palms, CNRS Gold medal. He was buried at Saint-Cloud cemetery.
