Maurice Druon (* April 23, 1918 in Paris; † April 14, 2009 in Paris) was a french novelist. He was 90 years old. His education included Lycée Louis-le-Grand and Lycée Michelet, Vanves. He received 4 awards, including Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres, Prix Goncourt. He was buried at Les Artigues-de-Lussac.
