Biography
Mirella Freni (* February 27, 1935 in Modena; † February 9, 2020 in Modena) was an italian soprano. She was 84 years old. She was married to Leone Magiera and Nicolai Ghiaurov. She received 5 awards, including Gramophone Award for Lifetime Achievement, Knight Grand Cross of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic. Her cause of death was cerebrovascular disease. She was buried at Teatro Comunale di Modena.
