Murray Rose (* January 6, 1939 in Birmingham; † April 15, 2012 in Sydney) was an australian swimmer, Olympic gold medalist, former world record-holder. He was 73 years old. He studied at University of Southern California. He was awarded the International Swimming Hall of Fame. His cause of death was leukemia.
