Nancy Reagan (* July 6, 1921 in Manhattan; † March 6, 2016 in Bel Air) was a first Lady of the United States from 1981 to 1989. She was 94 years old. She was married to Ronald Reagan. She had 2 children. Her education included Smith College, Latin School of Chicago, Feinberg School of Medicine and Sidwell Friends School. Her faith was Presbyterianism. She received 6 awards, including Presidential Medal of Freedom, Congressional Gold Medal. Her cause of death was heart failure. She was buried at Ronald Reagan Presidential Library.
